Due to the nature of spices as perishable goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect spice product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tasteweaver.com with photos and order details. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refunds are only provided in cases where the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or an incorrect item was sent.
Once we verify your claim, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within a few business days.
